This Agreement is between Wrench & Wire Recruiting (“Agency”) and the undersigned candidate (“Candidate”). By accepting below, Candidate agrees to these terms.

1. Consent to Represent. Candidate authorizes Agency to represent and submit Candidate to employers for roles relevant to Candidate’s skills and preferences.

2. Accuracy. Candidate represents that information provided (including work history, certifications, licenses, and eligibility to work) is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.

3. Non-Circumvention. For 12 months after Agency first submits Candidate to a specific employer, Candidate will not accept employment or engagement with that employer (including via affiliates or referrals) except through Agency’s placement process.

4. Communication. Candidate consents to Agency contacting them via phone, text, and email regarding opportunities and to share Candidate’s resume/profile with potential employers.

5. No Employment Guarantee. Agency does not guarantee interviews or employment.

6. Confidentiality & Data. Agency will use Candidate’s data to evaluate and present opportunities and will take reasonable steps to protect it. Candidate agrees to keep employer information confidential.

7. E-Sign. A checked consent box and submitted form constitute a signed writing.
